Beer Goggles 2015: “The Refill” set for March 7 & 8, 2015
The 2nd Annual Craft Brew Festival at RED Mountain Means More Fun, More Food, Great Music and Good Times!
Hop to it, beer fans! On March 7th and 8th, 2015, RED Mountain Resort in Rossland, B.C. is hosting the second annual Beer Goggles Craft Beer Festival. If you were at last year’s Beer Goggles you don’t need to read any further—we know you’ll be back. If you missed last year, read on and find out why we’re all frothing for 2015. This year’s festival is longer, now spanning two afternoons so you’ll have more time to spread out your ever-so-important beer sampling. We’ll start things off with a welcome party at the legendary Rafters Lounge Friday night, where you can meet the brewery staff, and then the festivities move outside for Saturday and Sunday.

Tickets for Beer Goggles are $25 CDN and include four 4 oz. sampler beer tokens.Or come both days and pay only $35 which includes four sampler beer tokens per day! Additional beer tokens are sold for $1.25 each or $5 for four tokens. The event for both Saturday and Sunday will feature a live DJ as well as an extensive outside barbecue feast for all to enjoy. Beer Goggles will start at 2PM both Saturday and Sunday and wrap up at 6PM each night.
The goal of Beer Goggles is to intermingle the finest craft breweries, thirstiest beer enthusiasts, and hungriest powder fans at one of North America’s finest resorts for a weekend of fun and foam. Last year was a rousing success. “Beer Goggles is not simply a beer festival, but a celebration of the craft beer industry,” says Don Thompson, GM of RED Mountain Resort. “And RED is kind of the ‘craft beer’ of ski resorts: better taste, less filler! We really feel a common bond with many of these breweries and respect their daring independence and devotion to making people happy.”
On Saturday night March 7th, join us in Rafters Lounge in the base lodge of RED for a live music show featuring a local opening act and headlining band Twin Peaks, a rock band from Chicago, Illinois. Twin Peaks’ recent album Wild Onion has been critically acclaimed by the likes of Rolling Stone and UK’s NME Magazine, awarding them a 9/10. Doors are 8PM, show starts at 9.
