HEAD skis’ new flick, What’s your limit?, features Canadian freerider James Heim.
Deep powder, fluffy pillows, big lines and even bigger mountains are the drivers for James Heim, a British Columbia freeskier who has dedicated his life to mountain adventure.
“For me freeriding embodies pushing your limits. I have experienced both, good and bad… I have learned that fear kills more dreams than failure ever will. But the biggest thing the mountains have taught me is respect. And I think this has led me to succeed in creating unique ski lines.”
Growing up in Rossland, BC, the mountains have always been James Heim’s home. Whether alone, away from civilization, or in the spotlight with a crew of filmmakers, James stands on his HEAD Cyclic Skis and in his Venture Boots, always ready to draw his own line.
HEAD has been establishing itself in the backcountry and at freestyle competitions with athletes including James Heim, Simon Dumont, Jon Olsson, PK Hunder, and Kaya Turski.
