New this summer at British Columbia’s Fernie Alpine Resort: The installation of a nature interpretive centre at the yurt at the top of the Elk Chair.
Nature Bob’s Interpretive Centre will be full of picture boards and accompanying interpretive information, as well as fossil displays.
Nature Bob “nature talks” are expected as well. This is a great addition for mid-week hikers to enjoy, along with the new interpretive signage that will be installed on Fernie Alpine Resort’s hiking trails on both the Elk and Timber sides.
Kids programs at Fernie Alpine Resort this summer include the new “Howl at the Moon” Campout at Lost Boys Café, Mountain Bike Freeride Camps, and the all-new three-day Adventure camps!
