Discover Skiing/Snowboarding was first introduced 25 years ago and continues to be one of the key grassroots programs of the Canadian Ski Council (CSC), in partnership with ski and snowboard areas across Canada.
Each Discover package sold at participating ski areas includes a beginner lift pass, a group lesson, and equipment rentals with the discounted price determined by the ski area. Discover Skiing/Snowboarding logos are available from the CSC office for ski areas and member organizations to include on their websites. Each year, the CSC collects the pricing of the packages to display on our website. Information includes a ski area’s Discover package price, if multi-lesson options are available, and if helmets are included in the rental package. Recently, the CSC distributed the year-end Discover results questionnaire to participating ski areas. If your ski area participated in the Discover program and has not submitted your end of season Discover questionnaire, please contact us at the CSC office at: help@skicanada.org
