Whitewater Ski Resort near Nelson, BC is one of the few Canadian ski areas to feature its own travelling food truck through the summer months.
The Fresh Tracks Café Express opened again in British Columbia’s Kootenays for the summer of 2014. The FTC’s fresh summer flavours include Filipino Beef Tacos, Handmade Pork and BBQ Duck Burgers, Honey Miso Soba Noodle Salad, and of course, back by popular demand, The Glory Bowl.
From Monday to Friday the truck will have the following schedule:
MONDAY – 11-3 at the Whitewater Headquarters, 602 Lake Street
TUESDAY – 11-6 at The Sandman Hotel in Castlegar, 1944 Columbia Avenue
WEDNESDAY, THURSDAY & FRIDAY – 11-6 at The 200 Block on Baker Street, directly across from the Sacred Ride
