LAST YEAR'S CAMPAIGN

  • December 19, 2017 – March 9, 2018
  • Geo-targeted digital campaign (display, search, and social), focused on areas surrounding participating ski areas
  • Used lookalike campaigns from existing customer base to more effectively target potential customers
  • Live-on-Locations with the Weather Network and MeteoMedia

Results

  • Approximately 5.5 million impressions
  • Over 15,000 clicks
  • Campaign had to be taken down early due to higher-than-expected enrollment numbers
  • Over 500 social shares
  • Over 33 spots + live segments on Weather Network and MeteoMedia

2018-19 ADVERTISING CAMPAIGN

  • Deploy a very similar strategy to last year

  • A digital advertising campaign, geo-targeting regions surrounding all participating ski areas

  • Campaign will include heavy social advertising to help increase program awareness and word of mouth

  • Implement lookalike campaign to better target our defined audience

TOOLS & SUPPORT

We’ll be developing a toolkit section on our site for participating ski areas to access, providing:

  • Pre-written social posts and imagery to promote Never Ever Days across your social channels

  • Access to all logo files and content

  • Access to downloadable print materials to promote your Never Ever Days on-site at your ski area (need help with printing? Get in touch with us and we can ship materials directly to you)

  • Event listings posted on the CSC’s Facebook page for each week of the season, tagging the appropriate ski areas to promote the upcoming Never Ever Days

NATIONAL SKI & SNOWBOARD DAY

  • As part of National Ski & Snowboard Day, on January 27th we’re going to try and set a new record for most lessons delivered on a single day in a country

  • The CSC will be making a PR push for coupled exposure of National Ski & Snowboard Day and the largest Never Ever Day

  • The CSC will develop collateral and pre-written social posts for use by all ski areas, which will be made accessible from our website

  • The event will be promoted as part of our digital advertising campaign
