‘Freestyle’ TSUNAMI in the ROCKSTAR MSS SNOPRK
Saint-Sauveur, February 26, 2016 –Mont Avila, AXIS and Rockstar MSS Snoprk are proud to present the biggest events of the 2015-2016 season! Indeed, a tsunami of freestyle figures will sweep across the Rockstar MSS Snoprk on March 5.
AXIS JR GAMES’ Grand Finale
After an eventful tour, the AXIS JR GAMES competition is getting ready to crown the Laurentian champion on March 5 during Mont Avila’s Grand Finale! All riders over the age of 8 visited the Saint-Sauveur region for the very first time. All participants gave their best to stun the judges and gather the greatest amount of points. Foiling their rivals with their abilities, talent and temerity, participants will compete to win the 2015 AXIS JR GAMES!
Axis Slopestyle
The wave of jumps and feats continues throughout the afternoon with the 2016 AXIS slopestyle. Back for its 14th year in Mont Avila’s Rockstar MSS Snoprk, this slopestyle event is known to be one of the most important in Quebec, for young freestyle skiers and snowboarders. They will have to accumulate the largest number of points over two runs. All ski and set up loves are invited to register at Mont Avila on March 5th at 10am. Following the try outs taking place from 1 to 3pm, all participants will face off during the grand finale at 6pm. All and all, more than $10 000 will be given out in prizes and tuition. This highly anticipated event will wrap up at Mont Avila witht the Coors Light after-party!
