Vancouver, BC – The Canadian Freestyle Ski Association is proud to announce a media partnership with CBC Sports for the 2015-16 and the 2016-17 seasons.
The partnership will elevate the profile of Canada’s freestyle ski team through in-depth storytelling across CBC Sports’ multiple platforms such as Road to the Olympic Games, and will include live coverage of multiple freestyle skiing events on CBC-TV and streamed online at cbcsports.ca and through the CBC Sports app. The coverage will include the annual domestic FIS Freestyle Ski World Cups in Calgary, AB, and Val Saint-Côme, QC, which feature the best mogul skiers from around the world.

In total, 12 events will be featured, covering all four disciplines of freestyle skiing in Canada. The first competition to air will be an FIS Freestyle Ski World Cup in Ruka, Finland on December 12, 2015, that will be available live at cbcsports.ca and via the CBC Sports app starting at 10 a.m. EST / 7 a.m. PST.
