Canadian Ski Instructors' Alliance (CSIA)

The Canadian Ski Instructors' Alliance (C.S.I.A.), founded in 1938, is an Association of more than 20,000 professional skiers located across the country. The level of excellence of our instructors and ski school directors is internationally renowned. The Alliance is a member of the International Ski Instructors Association (I.S.I.A.) and participates every 4 years at Interski, The International Congress of Ski Instructors. The C.S.I.A. ensures a national ski teaching standard while promoting and teaching the importance of ski safety. It is committed to the development of innovative and effective skiing techniques and teaching methods.
