Canadian Ski Coaches Federation (CSCF)
The Canadian Ski Coaches Federation is a non-profit organization with approximately 5,500 members. The mission of the CSCF is to help Canada produce the best ski racers in the world. This is accomplished through programs and services that develop and promote alpine coaching excellence and help develop the individual's full potential. The CSCF offers it's members a variety of services including:
- 4 levels of coach certification
- annual pre-season technical update seminars
- speed camps and other professional development opportunities
- employment referral
- Canadian Ski Pro magazine three times annually
- Alpine Coaching Code of Ethics
- liability insurance coverage
- discount on quality hotel accommodations
- discount on car and home insurance
- mailing label service
- networking within the industry
The CSCF works closely with its partners, the CSIA, Alpine Canada Alpin and its divisions, the Canadian Alpine Ski Team and the Coaching Association of Canada.
