Blue Mountain’s opening date was Wednesday, December 12, 2012.
The Ontario ski area is reporting temperatures have remained consistently cold the last few days, allowing Blue Mountain to ramp up its snowmaking efforts and blast the mountain with snow. The Resort is on track to open the Silver Bullet and Easy Rider chairs, with access to two runs: Tranquility and Easy Rider.
To kick-off the season, lift tickets will be sold for $19.00 + HST December 12-14, 2012 with Night Skiing scheduled to start on December 13, 2012.
Blue’s 5×7® Pass is at the discounted Anniversary Price of $259+HST – prices increase every Monday at 12 a.m. until January 6, 2013.
